1. Session Confirmation and Payment
To confirm a tutoring session, full payment must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Without payment, the session will not be confirmed or added to the schedule.

2. Refund Policy
Refunds are only available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made without 24-hour prior notice are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a session by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable, and the session will not be rescheduled without additional payment.
